3. We Get Sketching

Our artists create your custom portrait and bring your bag to life.

What are the materials?

Tote Bag: 65% polyester + 35% cotton — durable yet comfy to carry around.

Canvas Shoulder Bag: 100% polyester — sturdy, lightweight, and ready for adventures.

How many pets can I include in one design and what types of pets are allowed?

We currently limit the design to one pet per design. But we are working on creating more themes in the future for multiple pets, stay tuned for that!

Is the product machine washable and dryer-safe?

For Canvas Shoulder Bags, machine washing is acceptable. For Tote Bag, machine wash is not recommended.

Do not bleach, do not apply high-heat ironing directly to prints, or use alcohol-based cleaning solutions.

When using a dryer for Canvas Shoulder Bags, please select a gentle setting with a temperature below 80°C.
